We'll get your fiancee to the U.S. as quickly as possible.
Our fees are fair. A Low fixed fee $545. Most other firms charge
from $1000 to $1,500 for the same service. [BTW: The other fees you will
incur are the $455 filing fee, the medical exam fee and $131 K-1 visa
issuance fee. These are fees charged by the government. Most other firms
fail to mention these mandatory fees...until you've already paid them their expensive fee.]
No hidden fees. Other firms have a bunch of add-on fees--which really add up!
Full attorney review of your personal circumstances. We are NOT a "Visa Farm"
where all the work is done by unlicensed, data entry employees.
Accurate preparation of your K-1 visa application...or your money back.
Detailed instructions and checklist of everything you'll need for your K-1 fiancée visa.
Submission of your visa application to the appropriate government agencies.
Careful monitoring and co-ordination of all correspondence with USCIS and Embassies.
Details and coaching about what to expect at your Consular or USCIS interview.

What to expect from K1 Fiancée Visa Process
The US Citizen files the I-129F petition for the foreign fiancée.
Approval is required before the fiancée may apply for the K1 visa.
Approval timelines vary through the Service Centers, anywhere from one to eight months.
After the I-129F has been approved, the fiancee has 4 months from the time
the I-129F was approved to obtain the K1 Visa at the US Consulate in the foreign country.
Once the foreign fiancee has obtained the K1 Visa, it is good for one
entry (and one entry only) into the United States within 6 months of the issue
date. [Note: A K2 Child (child of the foreign fiancee) may enter up to one year
after the K1 fiancee, but a K2 child may not enter the U.S. prior to the K1 fiancee.]
Immediately after marriage, the K1 fiancee must apply for an Adjustment
of Status (aka I-485 Form), in order to become a permanent resident.
[Additionally, the K1 fiancee should also apply for an Employment Authorization
Document (EAD), and "advance parole" in case you want to travel outside the United
States and re-enter before getting your green card.
The K1 fiancee may have wait a year just to get the interview for "Conditional"
Permanent Resident status (green card).
After an additional two years, the K1 fiancee may apply to have the "Conditional" status removed.
Then...after all this..., the K1 fiancee may apply to become a United States citizen.
You really will get tremendous value for our fee.
For $545 we manage the entire K1 Visa Petition...all the way through your
Adjustment of Status, Employment Authorization and Advance Parole. We not only
get the K1 Visa, we get you the necessary Adjustment of Status so the K1 fiancee
can get a Green Card. We also obtain the necessary authorization, so the K1 fiancee
can work and travel.
Almost all other firms simply just handle your case through the I-129F filing.
It's nice, but in no way is this a complete service. In fact, it's completely inadequate.
