We are a law firm
that specializes in obtaining marriage-related
K visas.
We obtain visas
for our clients in the fastest time
possible. And we are the ONLY visa law firm that guarantees
the approval of a full, permanent visa—or your money back.
(Just read the other firms’ fine print.)
KVisaAttorney.com obtains K1
fiance(e) visas, K3
marriage visas as well as those k-related visas
for children and relatives. We also file the Change in Status Forms
necessary in these cases.
We charge one flat fee
for the entire K visa process. This
is just one example of why we are different
from our competitors. Best of all, with the KVisaAttorney, there is no fine print.
We charge a single, flat fee to complete the entire K visa process for
our clients. This is just one more benefit that sets us apart from other attorneys.

For example, consider the Change in Status
Form we just mentioned.
Every other firm that we are aware of charges an extra$150-$300
to file this form. They charge extra—even though the USCIS demands
this form be filed as part of the standard visa process. If it is not
filed in a timely manner, the foreign spouse will be sent back to the native country.
It seems to us that the Change in Status form is a pretty important document.
It also seems like a client would be reasonable to expect their attorney
to file this form—at NO additional charge. Unfortunately, that’s just
not the case at many other visa firms. This kind of
"service" is like
the hairdresser who charges extra for a hair wash--and then charges another
fee just to rinse out the soap.
We aren't comfortable charging these add-on fees. So we don't.
We just handle all the details up front, so you and your loved one can
start your new life on the right foot.
KVisaAttorney.com
gives all of our customers the following
Guarantee:
- To give you a prompt and complete REFUND if your visa application
is returned because of any error or omission on our part.
- To assist you by phone, email, or fax
during the entire process.
- To support you until your visa is
approved, and to continue our support after her entry into the US
as well.
- To process your petition in a timely
and professional manner.
- To keep you informed USCIS
regulations and status of your petition.
- To always treat you and your loved ones with respect.

Start the Process Now!
So what is the path to the K Visa?
1. The U.S. citizen is the K Visa Petitioner.
The foreign lady is the K Visa Applicant.
2. The K Visa Petition is filed
with the United States Citizenship and Immigration
Service (USCIS), which is a part of the U.S.
Dept. of Homeland Security. The USCIS processes
the K visa, which will be either a K1
visa or a K3
visa.
3. After approving the K visa petition, the USCIS
sends the petition to The National Visa Center (NVC). At this point,
the petition is controlled by U.S. State Department, which will
direct the NVC to send the visa petition to the applicable U.S. Embassy
or Consulate of the foreign lady's native country.
4. Before sending the K visa
petition on to the U.S. Consulate, the NVC performs
a security background check on the foreign lady.
Assuming the background report is acceptable,
the K visa
petition is sent to the appropriate U.S. Consulate
of the foreign lady's native country.
5. The U.S. Embassy in her
country sends the foreign lady a letter with detailed
instructions about submitting the required Personal
Biographical Form (called the G-235A)
and Affidavit of Support(simply called
the AOS). Additionally, she will receive
notification of the USCIS website address where she can
download all the necessary forms before going to the medical
examination and the US Embassy for the interview. Also sent at this time are
the requests for other standard documents, like
the police clearance, divorce papers (if applicable),
birth certificate, etc. These instructions are
straightforward---but they do vary from country
to country. The documents have been translated
into her native "legal" language---which
can be a problem for regions with distinct dialects.
6. The lady completes the forms,
satisfies document requests, pays the fee for the
visa, and submits everything to the U.S. Consulate.
The U.S. Consulate then sends her a set of final
instructions with interview date and the required
medical exam. Of course, KVisaAttorney.com sends details
of all of this to the U.S. Petitioner along
with special forms to include with the final
petition. This step is crucial as one mistake
can raise serious red flags for the immigration
officials---which will result in a much more aggressive
interrogation of the unsuspecting foreign lady.
7. After the lady completes
the K visa interview, it's time to come to the
United States! From this point, it depends on
whether she entered the U.S. with a K1
Fiancee Visa or a K3 Marriage Visa. Either way, however, it will
ultimately be necessary to file for the Change
of Status to which we've already referred. This form is required,
and it's what finally changes her status from a non-immigrant to
permanent resident. As stated, unlike many other firms we do
NOT charge extra for this required filing.
8. Along the way, the immigration
officials will send you memos called "Notices
of Action". These memos
will inform you of various receipts, approval
notices, and transfer notices that are a part
of the overall process.
The ultimate time to complete
this overall process depends on the type of
visa you've applied for, as well as the foreign
lady's native country. The security issues of
that country along with the volume of applications
can really make a difference. Of course the
best thing you can do to improve the processing
time is to submit a perfect application. That's
why you're with KVisaAttorney.com!
